The manual shows how to use the PA Inv function in the physical layer to invert axes. My problem is that the axes I want to invert are not consecutive. I want to invert Axis 1 and Axis 5, and NOT Axis 2. Is this possible?

Try the latest configurator and firmware from here. It should work like this.
