I can't find any buttons of the stick on dcs and none of the buttons shows up even after i do reset and initialization with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLe1fMyriME

after using ZBootloader2_v1.96 I am able to reset it and use the VKBDevCfg-C_v0.92.88 to calibrate. now only blue light and two green. but only the x and y axis works, all the bottoms, ministicks and axis has no responds. VKBDevCfg show Err-Stat Active under external devices: #1MCG Ultimate 2:17.15 (max ErrorLevel about 10%) #2 GF Base 2:17.8 (ErrorLevel about 0%)

Please help me trouble shoot

Reseat the grip on the base, make sure it's all the way in when tightening the fastener. If you have a GFIII press gently on the grip while securing it. Tighten the fastener really well.

I tried many times still no luck

How can I connect it correctly? I tried many time to push the grip all the way into the base, I also tried leaving some gap in between them, still no luck! I am thinking RMA them or try different firmware, the current one i am using is v2.165, I remember it was came with v2.169 but I flashed it to the older one that only available on the website...

As I said on Discord, mount the grip, secure it with the fastener, run VKBDevCfg, select the device at the top, click the Default button, then click Yes to the configure popup that shows up after reboot, then calibrate.
