Hello, I just today got my STECS standard and gladiator premium I had no problem with the software when configuring the stick but as soon a I select the STECS I get an error saying "Access violation at address 006F1752 in module 'VKBDevCfg-c.exe'. Read of adress 00000000

I'm running the software in admin mode and I only have 3 other USB devices connected Logitech G815 Logitech pro wireless and a Steelseries arctis nova pro X DAC

Try running in Admin mode or swap USB ports.

Hello. I tried both of these but neither worked I also tried unplugging all other USB devices but that didn't work either.

What ended up fixing the problem was calibrating the STECS without using the software, after the calibration the problem error did occur again
