So I just flashed my Gladiator NXT/GNX THQ. I go to calibrate and there is no 3rd slider. As far as I know, everything was done correctly. The THQ shows in external devices and there is a dropdown in the axes calibration, but nothing shows. Please see the images and offer any advice you can. Your help is much appreciated.

Check if the En and Vs boxes are checked for axis #9 on the Profile/Axes/Logical Axes panel. Check them if they're not, then click the Set button under the Action tab.

I advise you to update the firmware and configurator to the latest ones.

Looking at the screen shots it looks like you are on the latest. Here is a screen shot of where you need to make the change.
Under Action|Axes|Profile.
Makes sure you select VC 2 over on the right and then on axis 9 select the En and Vs check boxes.

Yeah that was the problem. After setting checking EN and VS and pressing the "Set" button it showed up and worked. However, it seems I have two dead axes which are rotx and roty which i'm guessing is for the POV hat. Anytime I try to test or calibrate nothing happens. Also, in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, the 3rd axis that I just got working seems to not have the full travel. It works fine in the VKB configurator, but in the flight sim, it only sees the last 2/3 of travel but not the first 1/3. Any Ideas? Thank you all for your help.

The ministick is in digital/POV mode by default. To get it in axes mode/analog you'll have to press the center push button; the round, smaller LED on the head will turn red to indicate it's in axes mode. The ministick is available only on the Premium SCG grips, not on Standard versions.
Not sure about the issue in MSFS, maybe check again if that axis is bound to analog and not digital input.

Yes, that was the issue for the mini stick. It was working after I pressed it in and the red led dot came on. Does this mean the 3rd slider on the THQ module is also in analog mode now? On my gladiator NXT stick I have both the red dot and blue line led on at the top of the stick and a blue dot between the f1 and f3 buttons on the base.

All axes are analog, only the ministick has both analog and digital.

Ah....I got the same problem with nonregistered X axis. Reverting to the old firmware fixed it. I got the Gladiator and THQ combo and can't get the third slider to register. But that would require me to map it differently. At least, the x axis is working now.
