VKB-SIM

I have the GNX Dual THQ +THQ-V + SEM-V Combo. I have followed the setup video and the software does not recognize all of the THQ. I have tried to do different combinations of Subaddresses to no avail. Under the Global and external tab, it only shows one SEM and one THQ. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

Post a pic please with the devices with the bottoms up, so we could see the internals and how they're connected.
Also need a screenshot with VKBDevCfg on the Global/External tab, after you clicked the Find&Show button.
