Gunfighter Mk.III Twist Comm Error

Hi,

I've recently started having communication errors on the twist function on my stick.
No issues when using buttons or other axis, only twist.


I have attempted a few troubleshooting steps I've read online:
- Resit the stick to the base
- Remove/re-attach the twist cable
- Default VKB settings

Is there something else I could try? Or would my best course of action be to either warranty or seek out a replacement part?

In regards to replacement twist module, I would assume this be the correct one:

Hi all,

I've found the problem and have reached out to AUS Support.

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get a part shipped out?

Shouldn't take longer than a few days if they have the parts on stock.
