Apparently, the points I indicated were left over from another grip, because, judging by the photo, the contact point Gnd should be strictly opposite the pin. And she is not visible at all.
Well, the problems that arose with the left grip only confirm the version about the slightly different physical dimensions of the crackers. It is worth at least a little sharpening of the inner edge (where they can touch when tightening the screw), even on one of them, and the problem will be solved. I don’t think that this is an extremely difficult and impossible task in the modern world. Sandpaper or a needle file will do just fine for this.

Re: Kosmosima/Gunfighter 3 grip connection issue.
a) I'm not convinced that a couple of minutes of swapping the locking pins has solved my problems - the sticks worked for hours today before the problem presented itself.
b) I don't want to (and don't see why it's on me to) go out and buy sandpaper or a file to hap-hazardly whittle away the contact pins with the only guidance being "a little sharpening"
What are my other options?

I'll ask the local rep to send you a new twist module; you are in Australia, correct? If so, please email him again, so he can identify you.
Re: Kosmosima/Gunfighter 3 grip connection issue.
Hi again,
I recieved the replacement twist module and got around to replacing it this afternoon.
The exact same issues from this thread are persisting.
Interestingly, the provided twist module seems to have a second locating hole on its base.
See pic below.
Please advise what steps should be taken next?

Re: Kosmosima/Gunfighter 3 grip connection issue.
The second hole is for using the grip center mounted, for an offset position.
Make sure you press gently on the grip when tightening the fastener, for better contact grip to base. Don't press hard on it. Tighten the fastener really good so it won't become loose.

Re: Kosmosima/Gunfighter 3 grip connection issue.
I've disconnected and reconnected it half a dozen times, light downwards pressure when tightening the fastener, which is tightened very tight. Any semi-quick "throw" movement is causing the blue light to go white with the adjacent red light solid.
