VKB-SIM

Hello, I have a Gunfighter 2 ,with an MCG grip. When I was flying in a sim today one of the buttons on the grip suddenly stopped being recognized. It's the gray 4 way button that rests in the thumb position (sorry I don't know its button number). I have been using this button relentlessly to recenter my Track Ir. The VKB Devconfig software confirms that the button is no longer recognized, so the problem doesn't seem to be with the Track Ir software. The VKB Devconfig shows that button isn't recognized in any of its positions on the button & POV testing page.I don't know what I should try next. Thanks for any help with this.
I have VKB device config V0.92.33 & NJ 32 V2.11.0

Try to reset to default and recalibrate, then check again the tester.
