Hello,
MGC PRO Trigger axe to button not working. In test tab, I only have button 25 always on and button 3 toggling as I squeeze trigger (this is correct).
What can I do to get back trigger functionnalities ?

Show the Profile-Axes tab for the first and second VC (Virtual Controller). I already see one mistake, but I need to make sure in other places.
The trigger axis is on the second virtual controller on the first axis. If you open Global-External, then you can see it there Axis#6 and Axis#7 occupy it, 2-1 and 2-1 which is equivalent to the 9th axis. Therefore, it is indicated in the Profile-Axes2Button tab, but you need to look at the KdHi and KdLo data after calibration on the 9th axis, and it is located on the second VC.
Actually, in any situations when something stops working, it’s better to reset it to default with a button and configure it again.

I have use Default button, now trigger axe OK. I put the screenshots just for info. May you tell me what happened.

One question, what about the profile created before this reset ? May I use them or have I to redo everything. To redo is not a big issue now as I am testing this new device.

We found out that the trigger is on the 9th axis, so there must be the correct number here.
