Can't use "Axis Fix" for twist (RotZ)

I am trying to make a basic helicopter style trimmer for pitch, roll, and yaw using a Gladiator Evo. I was able to get it to work for pitch and roll, but yaw is spazzing out and I don't know why.

What happens when I press the button is, it locks the x and y into a new position, but the RotZ axis jumps to center and then instantly back to where it was. I've tried applying axis fix to all 8 axis just in case I misunderstand axis ID numbers.

I tried the latest version. Sorry if this solution has been posted. I searched.

Congrats, you've just found a bug :)
It will get fix with the following firmware updates.

Maybe everything is much simpler? Do not use firmware lower than recommended for this configurator. Either update the firmware or roll back to an earlier version of the configurator.

@Ron61
I tried the latest firmware, it works only for X and Y. Not sure if it's a bug or intended, but I report it to Alex.

I agree, there is a bug. But all the same, I advise you to adhere to the simple rule of matching the firmware and the configurator version to eliminate possible errors.
UPD: This bug has been fixed in the latest firmware 2_16_6. Take it here.

Thanks for the update!

A little confused on this. I have an NXT EVO. there are a lot of files in those folders but none of them match my hardware. How do I get the right file and match it with the right app?

On a side note, is it possible at all to have buttons on one stick apply functions like axis fix and trim on a different stick?
