NXT Evo Stick, THQ/WWII Throttle combo, no throttle axis

THQ is set to subadress 4, THQ and WWII throttle buttons work, but none of the throttle axis appear in the software. I followed the instructions for the cables.
Any ideas?

Did you pressed the Default button?

I still don't have a solution. I have redone
all the steps in the video tutorial, the one for the NXT EVO + THQ (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hM6G_wvOCN4), the THQ is set to
sub adress 4, yet none of the axis for the THQ show up. I also do not get a dropdown menu in the Axis tab in VKBDevConf to select the second virtual controller, as is schown in the above mentioned video.
The buttons, both on the THQ
and the WW2 grip work in the Buttons/POVs tab though.
The same photos posted above still apply.

If the screenshots show the current firmware on your devices, then this is exactly what is causing the bugs. In parentheses, in the very top line of the configurator, the recommended (minimum) firmware for this version is indicated. Above - yes, below - no. Update the firmware and everything will work.
At the same time and a configurator it is possible.
