VKB-SIM

I'm having trouble getting my Gladiator calibrated. In games, if I move the throttle up/down I'll move in the exact opposite direction for a split-second before it moves correctly.
In the built-in Calibration Wizard, if I rotate the stick in the Axis calibration, it seems to go around randomly.

I've tried updating the firmware and plugging it in directly to a USB port on the motherboard.

You have to calibrate it first - run VKBDevCfg, select your device at the top, click the Default button under the Tools tab, then click the Start Calibr buton and move the joystick along all axes: pitch, roll, twist it, push the minithrottle on the base up and down. When done, press the End Calibr button.
