That looks like it worked, with 2.13F applied I can now invert axis 6 without it affecting any other axes.

Excellent!
Glad that the Dual THQs are responding to 2.13.F better than my Dual SEMs.

Looks like that did mess something up in the SEM though, my gear LEDS no longer work properly. Gear up now has two green instead of three green (rigth-most LED no longer lights up), and gear down doesn't light up the LEDS at all.

Bummer.
I just happened to be playing with firmware last night.
I went up to 2.14.F and had zero issues with my dual SEMs.
I can do a couple of things I couldn't do before now.
I tried every firmware between 2.10.8 and 2.14.A.
I just happened to give it another shot and push to 2.14.F and all my issues disappeared.
Since I feel it is more stable for the modules I am going to link ONLY the 2.14.F GNX USB firmware here.
Edit:
Also While I was testing 2.13.F again I was seeing some oddities on my SEMs where the second one on subaddress 2 was firing buttons 1 off from what they should have been.
Something on 2.13.F is not quite right for the SEM modules still.

@Pomax Just realized that 2.16 firmware and 0.92.87 VKBDevCFG showed up today on the downloads section of the vendor sites.
If you want to try it out.

Flashed 2.16, and that seems to work too. It didn't fix the LED issue though. Ended up having to clear out the global LED events for the gear toggle and rebuild the events. Oddly, this doesn't work:
showing green on both up and down, but this does work:
So there might be something funny going on with those LED events.

Bi Color LEDs should be firing as Color 1 green and Color 2 Red
And should not be able to be set Red to Color 1 as far as I know.
So there may have been something with how previous firmware was allowing Color 1 to be Red.
Or reading that Red was the selection and firing the correct Side of the Bi Color.
