No pan view possible??
My new Gladiator NXT Evo(Space combat version) appears not to have a switch programmable for Pan View(option available in FSUIPC) or am i missing something??

That depends how that app reads the joystick. Certainly all buttons on the joystick are easy to to bind in any modern game.
