Joystick Stuck on center, very stiff movement, need help

Good morning, I have a problem with my joystick, its getting stuck on the center when trying to do fine movement, see videos (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1F2Zg1X ... sp=sharing[/url]) (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MXcCbq ... drive_link) (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uGza2x ... drive_link). So, I opened to see if something was stuck on the mechanism or/and lack of grease, and it seems perfectly normal (see pictures https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sArzKz ... drive_link, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IUHmYF ... drive_link, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1syKn-C ... drive_link). But what I discovered is that the pieces that connect to the springs (https://drive.google.com/file/d/17tTGbq ... drive_link) are too stuck creating too much preasure, like the radius is a little to small when they were manufacturated. I found online a customer with a similar problem that I am describing, (see https://www.reddit.com/r/hotas/comments ... e_info_in/). I contacted with flightsimcontrols.com and they suggested to decrease the grease. After almost fully removing the grease (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ko-3qe ... sp=sharing) the problem continues. Any suggestions how to proceed it ?
