Is there a way for the throttle to have a center catch for all stop on a space sim like Star Citizen? I do not have fingers on my left hand so using a second stock is out of the picture. I would like to use a throttle but as I am sure we all know... the ships often have to use reverse thrust. Any ideas or information would be great. If there is a part that is available for me to buy please let me know.

Unfortunately there's no way to get mechanical detents on the WWII throttle, at least not officially. The only thing I could suggest is to set the throttle axis as an axis with center and set up a larger deadzone, so when you're in the middle your ship won't drift.
