VKB-SIM

Hi

I have a VKB Gunfighter Pro with an MK III base and a 200mm extension. It disconnects intermittently, clearly from a poor connection to the base it seems. I've reset it on the base and the extension multiple times but it keeps having the issue.

I might be wrong but it seems the bottom of the extension is getting shaved off. I can see what looks like the rubber coming off in the image attached below the video in the link. There is also a black residue around the base of the gunfighter MKIII connection port.

Please fill up a service ticket with your local vendor and attach clear pictures (bit better quality that the one you attached) with the contacts on the top of the base, both ends of the extension and bottom of the grip.
