Hi

My stick's input isn't smooth, there seems to be some kind of delay. I've tried different USB ports, I've tried reinstalling the grip on the extension. Nothing seems physically wrong. Flashed the latest firmware. Reset and recalibrated. None of this made a difference.

This happened after a period of 6 months where I did not use the stick.

The testing app show buttons 24,25,26,27 being momentarily depressed each time I move the stick. This doesn't happen if the stick is on but not being moved.

Open up the base, unplug and plug back all the white connectors securely. Check the cable base to black box. Remove the extension and run the tests only with the grip. Reset to Default and try again.

Ok I've done all of this. Same.

However I did notice that this only SEEMS to happen while running the VKB control software. In the standard windows game controllers axis preview/button preview I'm not experiencing this problem, and so far playing actual games seems ok.. I guess I jumped the gun assuming this issue would be present in-game too - but strangely it is not. It seems to only be a problem while running the VKB software. Let's see..

It seems that other program on your computer interferes with our software. Better try this tester, if everything moves smoothly then that was the issue.
