Firmware/Software : Lost in translation :-)

Postby KPX » Mon Apr 24, 2023 13:05

Hello,
It is a long time I had used my VKB devices. So I am a little bit lost about what to use as firmware/software.

My devices are :
VKBsim Gunfighter MGC Ultimate Twist (V2.025 Mk2)
VKBsim Gladiator (v1.820) - this is an old stick (first gladiator I suppose).
Which versions of software/firmware have I to use :
- firmware
- VKB defcdg
- Wizzo ?

Instruction to calibrate are the same for both devices ?
Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
JD

P.S.
Where can I download the NJOY controller manual ?

Manual is here:

As for the rest, download it all from here:

https://www.vkbcontrollers.com/pages/downloads

I'm not sure which firmware file you want to use for each stick, so I'll let someone else reply who isn't just guessing.

FW
Folder GunFighter_series_and_T-Rudders
Subfolder: Orange Black Box (MkI)
Black Black Box (MkII)
File _BB_GunFighter_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_12_2.vkb

Folder Gladiator_series
File _Gladiator-MK2_KG12_v2_12_2.vkb

SW from this page VKB zBootloader, VKBDevCfg Device Configurator. If you use VKBDevCfg Device Configurator than Wizzo is not necessary.
