Hi! I purchased my Gladiator Mk. II stick off of Amazon back in 2018. While trying to fix a stuck button on the joystick, I dropped the base of the joystick from my desk and it appears that two small black pieces from the main shaft of the joystick broke on impact. Is there any way to replace that central shaft component somehow or would I need to buy a whole new setup?
I have attached a picture of the broken component!

No replacements left for that unfortunately. But you could install a conversion kit and use a SCG, F-14 or the new KG12 grip, as shown here.
