I swapped the cams and spring force a couple times, when I bought them they had this "click" sound and bump when they were at the center, now they don't have that "click" and bump when I'm at the center anymore so its causing axis bleeding is there any way to return that "hard center" feeling?

On a plate (roughly speaking, this is a cam) that is in contact with a small bearing, the profile is not the same. On the one hand, "hard", with a pronounced center, and on the other, "smooth", without a center. Try to flip it to the right side and the sound will return.
