VKB-SIM

Hi there,

I've just plugged in my Gladiator NXT for the first time in a couple of weeks and it's completely dead. I've tried several different usb leads directly into the Computer and with two different hubs (previously the stick worked with both of them) but nothing, it's not powering up at all.

Can you help?

It's a shame, and sure it will be dealt with. Sorry for that.
The first thing to do would be opening a ticket at the dealer's. We will of course help, but there is a procedure that we need to stick to. Besides, there is always a chance of a minor contact loss or alike invisible problem that will disappear in a moment as soon as you notice it, but opening a ticket is a must in any case.
