VKB-SIM

Howdy,

I bought a GNX SEM second hand in a bundle of other stuff off ebay. (This means I don't have a VKB Order#) When it arrived, the paddle 3 way switch on the bottom right (marked up - down) of the SEM was broken off. I was wondering if you sell a replacement for that piece and have any instructions for reassembling it?

I had posted this question to the "Contact US" address on the site, and they redirected me back here to make a forum post.

The SEM comes with 2 caps for that specific switch, one in white and one in grey - check the baggies for spares. If you can't find it please write to sales(at)vkb-sim.pro, they'll help with the issue.

It was sales who asked me to post to the forum. I'll be happy to email them back, but let me share a picture to clarify what I mean.

The email I provided is from the head office, they could send replacement parts; just make sure you'll include this photo in the message, so they'd know what you need.
