Morning all,

I received my base (Gunfighter Mk3 base) and stick on Monday (20/03/23), sadly the base doesn't appear to be tapped for the baseplate to screw into. I sent an email to the EU seller and I'm aware that the shop was closed until today. I thought I'd post here anyways but should I also make a support ticket when the website is available again? Was hoping to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I know this is not what you'd want to hear: but perhaps it would be quicker for you to tap some threads in to it - it's soft aluminium so even a cheap tap will do.

A support ticket should get it sorted, but I would probably get a tap and DIY the threads myself also.
