SCG-L not being detected by my Gunfighter MkIII Base

I purchased a SCG GF "Space Combat Grip" Premium Left back in Nov 2022 (Order #309498). And it wasnt working with my old Gunfighter MkI Base, so I purchased a Gunfighter MKIII Base only in Jan. (Order #329941).

I was able to successfully flash the SCGL profile into the base of the gunfighter MKIII but in the Config program it is not showing any of the buttons working and the twist access does not register either.

on the config app it shows all red for the grip.

Also the middle light on my black box is blinking red.

No connection with grip. Try to reinstall it. Firmly.
