Setting up VKB EVO throttle MSFS 2020

Hello,
I recently got the VKB omni throttle and got it set up with the x-axis lock. I used the VKB config to calibrate the throttle and everything, but the y-axis is not being used entirely.
(ie Y-axis starts at 50% and goes up to 100% with full motion). I tried a few configs as suggested on discord, but they did not work.

Here I marked the range I get when using the full motion of the throttle. The throttle is set all the way back, after a fresh calibration.

Here if the throttle at 100%.

Any help is very much appreciated.

You have to start calibration with the axis in the middle.

Tried that and it's still doing the same thing.

Press the Default button under the Tools tab before calibration. The grip is in the center all this time until starting to calibrate.
