dry clutch nylon pad relacement

I recently tried to re-grease the dry clutch on my Gunfighter mk 2.When I tried to pull off the nylon pads under that are the circuit board, the nylon pads seemed to be fused together & stuck on their pin. I was afraid they would break if I pulled them apart. So I tried to put grease on the barrel just by lifting them up instead of fully pulling them off. It seemed like the pads had become stuck together from pressure, but the clutch had never been fully tightened. Is it possible to order new nylon pads? Also, now that I have re-greased the dampers the best I could, my stick returns to center upon release in the pitch axis , but not the roll axis. It stays either right or left without springing back to center when I let go.
