I just got my brand new VKB NXT Premium Joysticks. While the right one is working properly, the left one does not reakt. Lights are looking the same. Tried to calibrate in windows. The right one showed normal reaktion. I could calibrate in windows everything. I also could choose the left one in the USB-Gamecontroler window but it does not show any reaction. no buttons nothing. Changed port and cables with the working one... still not working. Anny suggestions?

Our joysticks are not supposed to be calibrated in Windows, they come with own native software and have to be set up and calibrated ONLY as in this guide. So, please confirm that you really calibrated with Windows' utilities and I'll tell you how to fix that.

The one that's not working - are there any active LEDs on the grip?
