Controller not showing in games

ACE combat and ARMA 3 are not showing my gladiator EVO controller. I’ve downloaded the most recent firmware, I’ve calibrated the joystick (f-14) , I see all the buttons and axis working when testing, but can’t use it in any games. Bought this for my dad for his 69th birthday and he’s not able to use it.

Please advise.

If the joystick works in tester and not in games I would suggest to ask for suggestions on their forums. Unfortunately I don't play neither of them, so I can't provide any advice
