Two days ago, I took my MCG Ultimate stick off my Gunfighter base to change the springs. When I put the base back together and the controller back on the stick does not want to work. A red light on the right side of the black box is blinking. I downloaded the latest firmware, Zbootloader and VKB Device Config. I then opened VKB Device Config as an administrator and followed the instructions on the site on how to flash and calibrate my stick. It should be noted that the Device Config did not close on it's own when I clicked on the bootloader, even though the files are in the same folder on my desktop.

When I opened the Device Config, I got a prompt that the stick needed to be calibrated. I clicked ok. I then clicked the default button under the tools tab and the stick restarted. I clicked the start calibrate button from the Device Config and only the X Axis works. Nothing else works including the buttons. The black box continues to blink red. I have checked the wire connections in the base as well as re-seated the stick multiple times. Still no luck. I have check these forums, Youtube and Reddit and can see people have had the same issues but none of the solutions work for me.

The firmware I am flashing is the _BB_Mk2_Gunfighter_MCG_Ultimate_Twist_v2_12_2.vkb

Check the connections inside the base, see if there's any damaged wire. Replug all the connectors inside, make sure they're all the way inside the sockets.

Done, same result

Check again the internal connections, plug the base and jiggle the wires, see if you get at least the other axis working.

Checked the wires and connections. Moved the stick while jiggling the wires and still no go.

What does this image tell me exactly.

It says there's no connection grip to base. Is the Y axis still dead?

Yes. X is still the only thing working. Also why is it showing two grip bases?

If you checked the connections inside the base and everything seems fine, then the board might've got damaged. Please fill up a service ticket.
