VKB-SIM

As stated i have an MCG it is about a year old/ the Reset hat just stopped working.

It is not registering any presses for it in the test tab of the VKB software. I Have also attempted to flash it with the new firmware, resetting it to default and calibrating it.

any suggestions on what to do next?

Pull out the cap and make sure it's in position. If there's no issue there please fill up a service ticket for a replacement.
