Gladiator NXT Not Working after Static Shock

My dog bumped into my left Gladiator NXT Premium and there was a shock that went through the parts of my system. My Monitor and left stick turned off, but only my monitor turned back on.

The cable is working fine for the right stick. No lights turn on and no computers recognize a device has been plugged in.

Are there any steps I can take to trouble shoot the device?

I haven't found any obvious arc points on the boards, though I'm not sure what I'm looking for.
