Omni throttle Recalibrate from Mid Position

I have a new omni throttle that I'm using in elite, my problem is that when I set binds for Fwd Only thrust the throttle the thrust wont come back to idle, and I cant slow down to dock at a station. when I calibrate the omni the position indicator is in the centre and moving the stick forward the indicator move to the right, it only uses half the position line.
Is there a way to move the indicator all the way to the left when the stick is back in the cofiguration software which would give me idle to full thrust when the stick is fully forward.
