My Gladiator worked for awhile but I keep getting red lights. Ive pretty much tried everything. Any ideas?

If not whats the return process. I think I have a bad joystick. Thank you. Im just exhausted messing with this thing all week and want to be quits with it. Its obviously a bad joystick.

Judging the pics you posted on Discord it seems like the grip connector wasn't plugged properly. Did that solved your issue?
