Hey, I've received my sticks mcg and scg grips with blackboxes yesterday.
The blackbox from the mcg grip isnt working sadly.
It isnt even regoniced by the devive manager.
There is also no light on the blackbox.

Try to plug into another USB port. Also try it with the cable from the one that works.

I've already tried that and sadly same result.

Run VKBDeVCfg and plug in the Black Box. Is there any device listed in the upper side of the window?

No, it isn't.
It isn't even showing up in the device manager as a device

I also tried pressing the white button while plugging it in, but no reaction at all
