My newly purchased Gladiator NXT EVO keeps disconnecting,
Seemingly a cable/USB plug issue, since it happens when the cable experiences some movement on the joystick side.

Same happens no matter which USB port i use on my computer.

Please help, I already submitted a ticket but not sure if it got received.

Remove the bottom plate and try to replicate the issue. Still happens?

Yes, it happens even with the bottom plate off

Do you have another printer cable around to try? If not, check if it's a cable or plug issue, then fill a service ticket with the results in order to get a replacement.
