Soft Trim?

I was wondering if it's possible to program a 'soft trim' (so that it would work in the same way as the 'soft trim reset' function, but basically in reverse)?

I want to be able to trim my aircraft (helo) by holding down a button, and when I release it - the trim starts to move from it's current position to the new offset over a couple of seconds (in the same way that the soft trim reset would), but instead of resetting the trim - it's setting the trim.

Is this possible to achieve with VKB Modern Combat Grip + T-Rudder?
