I have the SCG non premium and the THQ connected together. how can I change the second X axis the right throttle on the THQ to a different letter axis. so I can use it for something else. because the other x axis is the stick.

The second Rot X axis is located on a different, albeit eponymous, device, so you need to select the appropriate one in the game. Just understand that you have two joysticks, but with different numbers of axes. And the axes can have the same names at the same time.
