T-rudder issue

Hello everyone

My t-rudder was working fine but I had to disconnect it. Now reconnected the black box flashes red and moving the pedals makes no input. I’ve tried calibration and flashing, no axis moves when I test the rudder. If I unplug the Ethernet cable the axis in the config goes to center, plug it in it goes to zero. Any thoughts?
