Gunfighter Mk3 MCG certain buttons not working

Greetings,

A few buttons on my stick seem to not work. Every button on the head of the joystick seem to just stop working after calibration with the exception of the red button on the top left and the two grey ones on the right. I've tried updating firmware, restarting the stick, defaulting it, restarting my pc and closing background applications but I can't seem to figure this one out. Any advice?

Please check these 2 guides: flashing and calibration and make sure you're following the steps exactly (especially using the correct firmware for your black box and not pressing buttons other than the indicated ones).
