Is it possible to set the Twist axis on MCGU as mouse wheel? (twist right for mouse wheel up and twist left for mouse wheel down)
And the more extreme of a twist input you give, the higher the rate of mouse wheel pulses that register (i.e. the faster you scroll).

Can't assign an axis to mouse scroll wheel, but you could set buttons on that axis and assign those buttons to mouse scroll wheel. But I think that the easiest would be to assign the axis in game to the same control as the mouse scroll (most of modern flight and space sims allows this).
