I noticed my stick doesnt move as far to the left as it does to the right. I found that the grey plastic shield (not the small square one visible from the top) but the lower one that requires disassembly to access. The discord rep mentioned that the shield may not be properly cut and that a part of the assembly is banging against the shield. I confirmed this was the case due to marring on the shield, I think the bearing or a housing is what hits the shield.
I used an exacto knife to carefully expand the cut out (was told this wouldnt void warranty) but it seems I didnt cut away enough material.
Any diagram showing the measurements of what the cut out should be sized to so I dont have to guess and have to go through this again if I dont remove enough material?

Here are the proper dimensions for that plate. I confirm this won't void warranty and be at peace, if the plate gets damaged during this process you'll receive a new one.
