Gladiator NXT Right Standard - Twist axis problem

Hello, I got the entitled controller back in August, and I ended up with a twist axis problem. (Ironically, twist axis problems were WHY I switched to VKB) Now and again, as it's acting normally, I get a sudden jerk to the left.
It's most noticeable when I'm playing games with moderate rudder sensitivity.
Could there be something wrong with the sensors in the stick, or a problem with the firmware?

I don't know what else to say. The Z rotation axis is randomly glitching. I keep experiencing random sharp turns in my games.
Here's a link to a video I took of the configuration software showing the glitches. Look carefully and don't blink. You'll see them pointed out in red.

Let's eliminate the software issues first - reset to Default, press the Find&AutoConfig button, then recalibrate, like
here.
If the issue persists please post a screenshot with VKBDevCfg showing the Profile/Axes/Logical and Physical Axes.

Thanks. Did all that just now, and the rotation axis still jumped around, most noticeably when I moved the Y axis forward and backward.
Here's the screen shot:

Could you please take a video with the issue? Handle the joystick in front of the monitor while running VKBDevCfg in Test/Axes.
You could upload it as Unlisted on YT.

Here you go, in case you missed it in my second post:
https://youtu.be/Ed-lSHFhTwsI marked the glitches in red. Don't blink or you'll miss them.

Ah, sorry

it's been a long day. Could you take the base plate off and take a pic with the internals? Seems like the gimbal pulls on the cable.

Starting to become un-playable. I kind of depend on the twist axis for piloting.

Here's what's happening now...
I am actuating the X, Y, and Z axis to their fullest.

Open up the grip like
here and see if the connector/ twist adapter is properly secured to the grip (you only need to see the first minute of the video, no need to completely take apart the connector). You could remove it from the grip to check if the board above the magnet is fitted inside the guiding channels. If there's nothing wrong in there please open a service ticket and add a link to this thread.

Everything seems to be fitted properly into the guiding channels... however, when looking at the magnet, I noticed that it's on a very slight slant... uneven with the raised fixed ring with the notch. Is it supposed to be like that? Picture below:

Good eyes! It has to be leveled, push it down. If it doesn’t sit in position use just a tiny drop of glue to fix it down. Or some tissue to make it fit properly and not come out.
