I did some cleaning around my PC today, re-done the cable management and all that, and now my BB is just dead.
It was plugged to a powered USB hub which I unplugged during the cleaning.
I have a Gunfighter + MCG Ultimate combo.
Stick installed on the base, base plugged into the BB, BB into the USB hub (or the Mobo directly) and nothing.

Windows doesn't recognize it.

The only interaction I can make is if I keep pressing the one and only button on the BB while I plug in the USB. But that only makes Windows throw an error:

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

I tried with another USB cable that I know works (the rudder pedal works just fine with it) but same result.

Please send help

Check other USB ports, make sure you're not using charging only ports.

Well, I am not, ports I tried:
- the same port that worked before
- the next port that was empty
- the previous port that has my throttle and works
- motherboard USB3.1 port
- motherboard USB3.0 port
- motherboard USB2.0 port

All these have the same result.

Plug Black Box only, disconnected from the base; any change?

Nope, same behavior, nothing happens unless I keep pushing that button, same error by Windows in that case.

Try reinstalling the USB drivers.
