Re: Hat switch "board" replacement
Hi, the new hat swith board with buttons arrived. All 4 hat buttons are cliking now and working but it seams that the one which barely worked before is "behaving" again and doesnt have "click" after I mounted the new board. It seams that for some reason the hatswitch plastic button doesnt push it enough to activate the key function and doesnt "click". When tested before the assembly it was clicking. So for some reason the "rod" from the plastick hatswitch button doesnt push it enough. Other buttons on the hat work fine and respond (and I can feel and hear the "clicking" when pressed). I tried rotating the hatswitch plastic button (with squared rod) but it didnt help. What could it be?

Re: Hat switch "board" replacement
Take hole case of the hat out, disassemble it and put it back again; try the hat at each step to see if works. Make sure the board goes all the way inside the case, because if it's not in proper position the button could get stuck.
Re: Hat switch "board" replacement
Yeah, I checked and the board with buttons was inside housing all the way to the end of housing. But now I know where to look for. So I found a perfect spot (position) of board so all the buttons are clicking. So I put some small thin rubber peace between end of housing and the board and superglued the board to housing. now its working. The plastick hat switch button (with the rod) seems ok and not weared out. Housing seems also ok. Strange.

That's right, if the squared post is at an angle you won't be able to activate one of the side buttons.
