I purchased a pair of NXT EVO Premium space edition week ago, and I discovered couple of minor issues with the right stick
This first issue is C1 hat switches on my right stick doesn't feel the same on that of the left.
Each switch on left C1 feel distinctive as it provides enough return force and clear click sound.
The right C1 switches, however, feel mushy and provide little click sound when clicked.
It also feels harder to press in general, and sometime during gaming I can't tell if a button is pressed.
The second issue is the right rapid trigger has faint creaky noise when pressed or released.
In some occasion, it doesn't return to its original position after the trigger is released.
Comparing with the left rapid fire trigger, the right rapid fire trigger seems to have weaker spring force.
Can these issues be solved?
Thx

Re: Right stick C1 hat/rapid trigger issue
Pull out the C1 hat cap and see if it's in proper position.
About the trigger, open up the grip and see what's happening in there. Take pics and post them here if unsure.

Just pull out the white cap as shown here at 1:40?

Is that a proper way to it? Do I have to open it up to check?

Re: Right stick C1 hat/rapid trigger issue
But try to pull it out and put it back, maybe it was out of position.
Re: Right stick C1 hat/rapid trigger issue
Finally pull it up.
Nothing out of ordinary inside. The hat switches still feel to same after putting it back.
Do all units use the same hat switch from the same manufacturer?

They're all the same. Please fill up a service ticket, maybe you need a replacement.
Re: Right stick C1 hat/rapid trigger issue
Is this what orientation of the spring suppose to look like?
The spring would tilt to the left after couple the rapid trigger presses. Is this a normal behavior?

Re: Right stick C1 hat/rapid trigger issue
Made a walkthrough for you:
Notice the tab on the side of the rapid trigger.
Seat the spring with the longer leg over the screw post 1, then seat the rapid trigger over the spring with the tab over the shorter leg 2.
When the trigger is in position push the longer leg over the screw post with a narrow screwdriver.
Install the red trigger and its spring as shown.
Connect the PCB and at this moment both triggers are secured in place.
