VKB Gladiator NXT EVO firmware

Hi, I have 2 VKB Gladiator NXT EVO sticks and they are amazing! I am running 2.11 Firmware on both of them. I know there is a new firmware available. Should I update the firmware? If ,Yes, how do I do it? Will I loose my saved configs?

The only strange thing I experienced twice is that I have 1 NXT EVO at 1 apartment and another NXT EVO in a different apartment in a different US State. When I take my gaming laptop and connect a different NXT EVO stick, it does not remember any buttons mapped in DCS World. So, I remap all of the airplanes again. I wonder if the new firmware will fix this. Please let me know if I should update the firmware (I am using Thrustmaster TWCS throttle, and I do not have any other VKB modules ). Thanks a lot !
