GNX-THQ x2 not recognized in VKBDevCfg
I am attempting to set up my new FSM-GA, GNX-SEM, and 2 GNX-THQ's. I purchased them as a package so I have the appropriate USB controller. When I run the VKBDevCfg tool, only the SEM and FSM-GA are recognized. I have clicked the Default and Find & Config multiple times and the THQ's won't show up. I have watched and rewatched VKB's video to ensure all connections are correct. I'm at a loss what to do next.

Are all 4 modules connected to each other by 4-pin wiring connectors supplied except one module is connected to your FSM-GA with special black cord supplied and ofcourse the module with the usb controller goes into your USB on your computer.

Please remove the bottom covers on the SEM and THQs and post a picture to see the internals.

Plug to USB, run VKBDevCfg as Admin, press the Default button under the Tools tab and the Find&AutoConfig button on the Global/External/External devices panel and post a screenshot with that panel afterwards.

Re: GNX-THQ x2 not recognized in VKBDevCfg
Let's try another firmware version. Please follow these steps to reflash:
1. Download the bootloader, then the firmware attached and unzip them both in the same folder;
2. Run the zBootloader in Admin mode, select your device in the lower half and press the Start Boot button;
3. After the device restarts in bootloader mode select it again and press the ... button on the right side;
4. Navigate to the folder where you stored the new firmware and load it up;
5. Click the Flash It button;
6. After joystick restarts run VKBDevCfg as Admin and press the Default button under the Tools tab (make sure your device is selected at the top of the window);
7. Press the Find&AutoConfig button on the Global/External/ExternalDevices tab (make sure your device is selected).
Post a new screenshot afterwards.

Try taking out the GNX HID controller and install it back; make sure all the connecting pins get into the sockets. If still no show unplug from USB, short those 2 pins on the back of the GNX HID controller, plug back to USB and release the pins when the device shows up in the device list. Continue with Default and Find&AutoConfig.

Re: GNX-THQ x2 not recognized in VKBDevCfg
This did not fix it but did make me look closer at the GNX-THQ's. Long story short, I fixed my problem. Turns out it was self created.
When I got the modules, I wanted them arranged a certain way so I swapped the GNX HID controller to the opposite THQ so that the FSM-GA cable would still run to the middle THQ. I noticed 2 jumpers inside each THQ that were set differently on each. I swapped them and everything worked perfect. I guess I could have mentioned moving the HID controller. I just started looking for any differences and that jumped out at me. I hope that I explained that in a manner that made sense.
Thank you so much for all the patience and help! Now, if there were just an easy way to configure the modules for MSFS!
This does lead me to one question. Now that everything is working, do I need to flash the GNX HID to the 2.11.5 firmware or leave everything alone?

Re: GNX-THQ x2 not recognized in VKBDevCfg
Glad to hear you got it working and thanks for the update! No need to upgrade the firmware at this time, once every 3-4 months checking for new versions and updating should be fine.
