Sticks Flipping controls

I have recently been using my vkb gladiators sticks. I just loaded up star citizen today and my right stick controls are on the left stick now. I have tried unplugging them and plugging them back in but to no avail. I am unsure what to do next I really don't want to rebind every time I want to play. I have tried joyid but to no avail also. I think it has something to do with usb but I am not sure any help would be amazing.
Hopefully this will get fixed at some point; DevReorder is still blacklisted through the EAC, so the only way to move controls from one device to another is the resortdevices command in game:
