Pulled wires out from WWII grip on GNX THQ Throttle Quadrant

I opened a ticket already, but thought I'd create a post here too.

I tried installing the WWII grip on my GNX THQ Throttle Quadrant but the interference fit between the grip shafts and throttle quadrant were way to tight. I tried wiggling them in for a while but was afraid I was going to break it. When I tried to take the grip out the wires got snagged inside the housing and pulled out from inside the grip. I can fix it but I have no idea which wires go where.

Here is the board:

Can anyone take a look inside their grip? Which color is at the top closest to the VCCA on the board and the middle and bottom?

You could see the wire configuration in the installation video.

I pulled the wires from the other side, from inside the grip.
